    We offer a wide range of training programmes, orientated around leadership and management training, executive coaching and life coaching. Our training programmes are entirely customised to address the needs of each team or individual, and deliver measurable results.
  • Are your programs customisable for our industry/company/team size?
    Each training programme is entirely customised to serve the needs of the team or individual. We work across a broad range of industries and if you work as a team, we can support you and deliver value. Our Executive Coaching and Life Coaching programmes are suited to individual needs, while our leadership and management training plans are perfect for teams of 4+ people. We regularly run sessions with 15-20 people but it would be uncommon to have 60+ people in a room together!
  • Do you offer in-person, virtual, or hybrid options?
    While we love the impact of in-person training, today’s technology makes virtual sessions just as engaging and often more cost-effective. Whether you prefer in-person, online, or a hybrid approach, we’re fully equipped to deliver a high-quality experience tailored to your needs. All training materials are shared digitally for easy access, and we’re always available for online refresher sessions via Zoom to help reinforce learning and keep the momentum going.
  • What’s the duration and structure of your training programs?
    Our programmes range from short, high-impact workshops (3–4 hours) to multi-session leadership journeys delivered over several weeks or months. Each program is structured with a mix of interactive learning, real-world application, group discussion, and reflection. We work closely with you to design a format that suits your team’s schedule and goals.
  • What kind of results can we expect?
    During the "Discovery" phase, we will establish your desired outcomes and establish some key metrics, to measure success. Clients typically see improved leadership confidence, stronger communication, more engaged teams, and better decision-making. We focus on practical, lasting change that aligns with your business objectives.
  • How do you measure the success of your training?
    We combine participant feedback, self-assessments, and behavioral observations to track progress. Where applicable, we’ll work with you to define specific KPIs (like retention, engagement, or manager effectiveness) and measure impact over time.
  • Do you offer follow-up support or reinforcement after the training?
    Yes—follow-up is key to lasting change. We offer post-training reinforcement through in-person & Zoom refreshers, one-on-one coaching and we make our training materials available as a digital resources... We are always available on the end of the phone!
  • Can you share testimonials or success stories?
    Absolutely. While some of the work we do is confidential by nature, we have a range of client stories that showcase measurable impact, showcased on our website. We're happy to share those during the proposal stage or discovery call.
  • Is this training for new managers, senior leaders, or both?
    Both. We offer tiered programmes tailored to different leadership levels—from first-time managers to senior executives. Each program is designed with the specific challenges and developmental needs of that group in mind.
  • How do you handle mixed-level groups?
    We design sessions that encourage cross-level dialogue while ensuring everyone is appropriately challenged. Depending on your goals, we may recommend breakouts or role-specific modules within the same programme.
  • Who are your facilitators?
    Our facilitators are seasoned leadership experts with real-world experience in senior roles, combined with backgrounds in coaching, psychology, or organisational development. All are trained in adult learning and skilled at creating engaging, inclusive environments. Most of all, they are all fun and approachable!
  • Do you use psychometric training?
    Yes — we are licensed DISC practitioners. Originally developed by psychologist Dr. William Marston, the DISC assessment is renowned for its simplicity, accuracy (90–95%), and immediate impact. In just 7 minutes, participants complete a powerful, thought-provoking questionnaire that reveals key behavioral insights. The result? A shared language that boosts self-awareness, strengthens communication, and builds more effective relationships—both in the workplace and beyond.
  • What is the cost of your programmes?
    Pricing varies depending on the format, number of participants, and customisation level. There are some examples of our packages included on this page however we’ll provide a clear proposal once we understand your needs. We offer flexible payment plans for all clients.
  • What’s included in the pricing?
    Our pricing typically includes facilitation, program design, digital and printed materials, assessments (if used), and access to follow-up resources. There may be some additional add-ons that we offer depending on your needs, which will be at your discretion.
  • How far in advance do we need to book?
    We recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance for customised programs, though we can occasionally accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
